Recipe- Ease Sunburn

It is time to be out and about, this is a nice roll on to keep handy, this is easy and quick to make.

Take 2 tbsp Jojoba oil or any light oil-Sunflower, safflower or sweet almond oil
Warm it for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Add 10 drops Lavender essential oil (regenerates skin cells, anti-inflammatory)
Add 3 drops peppermint essential oil (numbs pain, cools burn)
Mix and blend thoroughly. Add it to a roll on bottle if you have one or apply with a cotton ball. Gently apply to body parts that have been overexposed to the sun/burnt. Apply for next 2-3 days.
Keep this blend near when you go the beach or spend the day in the sun to prevent burns.
Enjoy a healthy glow.
